Orders are processed within 6–7 working days of confirmation. A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from dispatch.

International orders ship via express courier. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location — these are not included in the order total and vary by country. PHORE is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

PHORE is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or stolen in transit. Claims must be made directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact info@phorestudios.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear images of the issue. We will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
